How long does shipping take?

Can I exchange/return my order?

Yes, Exchange / Return must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item (including weekends) and is allowed only once per order.

Application for exchange & Return would be accepted via only email. (Email:) When you apply your application, we will inform you the return address and detailed instruction.

Product must be in its original condition (including Brand Box, Brand Tag, Brand Label, Product etc).

If the brand box, tag or label is lost or damaged / if the product is used or damaged, exchange/return will not be accepted.

You must pre-pay round-trip courier fee for exchange / return due to a simple change of mind.

For product with manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments, return shipping is covered by us.

Example of non exchangeable / returnagle cases : Slight differences in colour, texture, material, or packaging may occur due to display settings, lighting, or manufacturing time. Such variations are not considered defects and cannot be grounds for exchange or return.

How can I exchange or return a defective product?

In the case of exchange / return due to manufacturing defects, it takes approximately 4 weeks or longer for getting inspection result from supplier and then the product will be replaced / refunded based on the result.

Will I Receive a Theme License?

Yes, all themes come with a proper license that allows you to use the theme on your store. You'll receive documentation and support for your purchased theme.
